Pastura Company LLC (“Pastura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality agricultural products and reliable support. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations may be accepted.
Pastura may reject items returned without prior approval or items showing signs of use, installation, modification, or damage.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours and include photos or video evidence.
Depending on the situation, Pastura may offer a replacement, full refund, partial refund, or store credit.
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
After receiving and inspecting your return:
Pastura is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” but not received, or delays caused by incorrect addresses or customs procedures.
Orders may be canceled only if they have not been processed or shipped. Shipped orders must follow the return policy.
